Turnaround and shipping
Lab work begins when your specimen arrives. Allow up to 90 days. Dried or contaminated specimens need a longer process and more transfers before a clean culture is ready to ship.
How to ship it to us
Keep a fresh specimen cool and dry, never sealed wet in plastic. Wrap it loosely in clean paper and place it in a rigid box. Dried specimens should be fully dry and protected from crushing. We send the lab address after checkout.
