Turnaround and shipping
Lab work begins when your material arrives. A light cleanup can move quickly. Contaminated material needs repeated transfers and can take up to 90 days before we ship your clean plate.
How to ship it to us
Seal plates or slants in a clean zip bag. Wrap the bag so it cannot move in a small box. For fruit tissue, use the freshest clean interior specimen you can provide. We send the lab address and final packing notes after checkout.
